Carol Jean Sheil lives and works in Winter Haven, Florida. In 1999 after working as an RN specializing in the Operating Room, she retired from nursing as the Director of Surgical Services at a local hospital. After a year of travel, Carol began her career in real estate working for a local builder. She obtained her real estate license and was on her way to a successful career as a REALTOR® . In 2014 she advanced her career by successfully obtaining her brokerage license and becoming the owner and broker of Judy B. Cleaves Properties, Inc. Carol leads her company by example exhibiting and stressing exemplary commitment to service, honesty, skill, knowledge, care and diligence in all aspects of the real estate transaction. Carol is detail oriented, listens to her clients and takes pride in providing ethical and professional customer services. Cleaves, she is responsible for the attitude and conduct of the associates working under the Judy B. Cleaves Properties, Inc. name. She specializes in residential sales, 55+ communities and new home construction and design. She is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist and is Residential Construction Certified. Carol was named a FIVE STAR Real Estate Agent in the Orlando area for 2010. Carol is a member of the East Polk County Board of REALTORS® , The Florida Association of REALTORS® , The National Association of REALTOR® , the Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce. Carol grew up and attended schools in Miami, Florida, including Jackson Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. She and her family relocated to Winter Haven in beautiful Central Florida in 1970. Her background in nursing brings a high level of skills and dedication that assist her in her real estate career. Carol along with her husband Pat have two children and three grandchildren, all of whom she dearly loves. Carol enjoys meeting and working with people, spending time with her family, reading, gardening, bicycling and crafts.
