Brittany DeVore was born and raised in Winter Haven, Florida.  She joined Judy B. Cleaves Properties, Inc. as a REALTOR® Associate in January 2016. Brittany works with her mother, Chris Goode, as a “mother daughter duo”, so their clients get two REALTORS® in-one. Their motto is “TOGETHER, we’re working for you!”. Her education and previous work experience translates seamlessly into the real estate world. She loves being in “helping” professions and building relationships built on trust and honesty. She has a critical eye for detail and strives to provide exemplary customer service.

Brittany enjoys working with her clients to educate them on current market trends, thus putting more money in their pockets. She is enthusiastic about helping her clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations. Brittany is a member of the East Polk County Board of REALTORS® , The Florida Association of REALTORS® , the National Association of REALTORS® and also retains her licensure as a Nationally Board Certified Counselor.

Brittany graduated from Winter Haven High School in 2003, earned an A.A. from Polk Community College (now Polk State College) in 2005, a B.A. in Psychology from USF in 2007 and a M.A. in Counselor Education from USF in 2010. Brittany worked for four years as a School Counselor at the High School level. In 2006, Brittany married her husband Brandon, who has served nine years of Active Duty in the U.S. Coast Guard. Brittany and her husband are the proud parents of a beautiful daughter who was born in 2014!
